Welcome to the New York Barefoot Massage Center! We are dedicated to providing you with a positive and enriching experience during your training. Before enrolling in any of our programs, please take a moment to review our policies outlined below.

1. Enrollment Policies: a. All participants must be at least 18 years of age. b. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis upon completion of the registration process. c. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the training program.

2. Payment and Fees: a. Tuition fees are to be paid in full before the start of the program. b. Payments can be made through our secure online portal or in-person at our center. c. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: a. The non-refundable deposit will not be returned under any circumstances. b. Full refunds (minus the deposit) will be issued if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the program start date. c. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date.

4. Attendance: a. Regular attendance is crucial for successful completion of the program. b. If you must miss a session, please notify us in advance. Make-up sessions may be available, but this is subject to the trainer’s discretion.

5. Code of Conduct: a. Respect for instructors and fellow participants is expected at all times. b. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.

6. Certification Requirements: a. To receive certification, participants must fulfill all program requirements, including attendance and completion of assessments.

7. Confidentiality: a. All training materials and discussions are confidential and are not to be shared without explicit permission.

8. Disclaimer: a. New York Barefoot Massage Center is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the training. Participants are encouraged to follow safety guidelines and inform instructors of any health concerns.

9. Modifications to Policies: a. New York Barefoot Massage Center reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updated policies will be communicated to all current participants via email.
